By car
From the north
From the outskirts of Hartlepool, take Hart Lane until you reach the junction between Middleton Road and Raby Road (B1277). Turn right onto Raby Road and follow it until it becomes York Road. Continue along York Road for around a half of a mile. Turn left onto Park Road. Hartlepool NHS Healthcare Centre is is about 50 yards along on the right hand side, located on the ground floor within the new Urgent Care Centre at One Life Hartlepool (first entrance on the right, as you enter the car park).
From the south
From the outskirts of Hartlepool, take the A689 until you reach Brenda Road Roundabout. Take the first exit and continue up Brenda Road (B1277), which becomes Stockton Road (B1277). Go through one roundabout and continue along the B1277 (now York Road) for around a third of a mile. Turn right onto Park Road. Hartlepool NHS Healthcare Centre is about 50 yards along on the right hand side, located on the ground floor within the new Urgent Care Centre at One Life Hartlepool (first entrance on the right, as you enter the car park).
By bus
Buses 3, 3A, 4, 6, 7, 7A, 15, 36, 516 and 527 all stop at Middleton Grange Shopping Centre on York Road. From here walk down towards Park Road (approx 50 yards). Turn left on to Park Road. Hartlepool NHS Healthcare Centre is is about 50 yards along on the right hand side, located on the ground floor within the new Urgent Care Centre at One Life Hartlepool (first entrance on the right, as you enter the car park).
By train
Leave Hartlepool Railway Station and continue along the station approach. At the end of the approach, turn right onto Church Street (A178). An entrance to Middleton Grange Shopping Centre is located on Church Street and Hartlepool NHS Healthcare Centre can be reached by walking through the shopping centre (North to South) on to Park Road. Hartlepool NHS Healthcare Centre is located on the ground floor within the new Urgent Care Centre at One Life Hartlepool (first entrance on the right, as you enter the car park).
