If you need urgent medical care outside of the normal opening hours of Hartlepool NHS Healthcare and Walk-in Centre, please call the Hartlepool Out of Hours Service on:

You will then speak to a nurse who will direct you to the most appropriate person to deal with your problem, either a doctor or nurse.

If the doctor thinks that you need to be seen, you will be invited to the Out of Hours clinic unless your medical condition prevents you from leaving home in which case a doctor will make a home visit.
